BidCentral BOBS Bid Withdrawal Fee

Bids Withdrawals cannot be submitted online and as such Bidders wishing to withdraw their Bid shall contact the BOBS Administrator via email prior to the deadline, which is outlined in the Rules (followed by a recommended phone confirmation). The Bidder will be responsible for payment of required Fees prior to the BOBS Administrator notifying the General Contractors of the Bid Withdrawal.

WITHDRAWAL OF BID:

The first payment can be made directly on the website. For any subsequent payments after the first withdrawal within a 12-month period, please contact the BOBS Provincial Administrator.

(This will continue to double with every withdrawal through a twelve month period from the date of the previous withdrawal.)
