Improvements to Site Speed

We know how important it is for you to browse and find projects quickly and efficiently. That’s why we are working on improvements to BidCentral’s speed and performance so you can spend less time waiting for projects to load and more time preparing your bids.

Bidders Lists and an “I’m Bidding” button

Every project attracts multiple bidders and interested proponents. and BidCentral is the best source of this information. When this feature is released, Premium users will have full access to Bidders Lists and can list their own company and contact information by clicking the “I’m Bidding” button.

Improvements to Project & Document Search

At the core of BidCentral Premium is the project search feature. We’re working to refine and improve the search functionality so you can find projects relevant to you. Also coming soon is the ability to search for keywords within documents to find specific project documents relevant to your trade or products.

BidCentral Company Directory

With the BidCentral Company Directory, you will be able to choose to list your Company and get in front of thousands of contractors, suppliers, and owners. The Company Directory will be free to search and all BidCentral companies will have the ability to list their business. Improve your listing and appear more often with BidCentral Premium.

Refinements to Opportunity & Product Matching

We’re working on giving you more flexibility with the Opportunity and Product Matching, both in email and on your Dashboard, including refinements by user and company, by region or by service location – so that you can more accurately specify the projects you are interested in.

Invitation to Bid

You have a project or have found a great tender opportunity within BidCentral and now need to prepare your bid. With the Invitation to Bid (ITB) feature, you will be able to select contractors and suppliers from your Private Directory or the BidCentral Company Directory, send the project details, and track your ITB responses.
