BidCentral BOBS Bond Amendment Administration Fee

BOBS applies a $250 Bond Amendment Fee when a non-compliant bid bond is submitted with a BOBS bid. This fee is established in the BOBS Rules of Procedure. The most common reasons why bonds are deemed non-compliant is failure to use the proper Appendix C BOBS Bond form (found in the Rules) and it is not a verifiable e-bond.
